自号过风楼主人，一九三九年生，系湖南省陶瓷艺术大师，原省人大代表.中国美术家协会省分会会员。于一九五六考入省陶瓷研究所，跟随釉下彩创始人吴寿褀老先生学艺。五八年底调到醴陵群力瓷厂担任釉下彩培训工作。后供职于群力瓷厂设计室，创作了大量的精品问世，并多次获得各级奖项。是毛主席用瓷的主要设计者。其作品被中南海紫光阁.北京人民大会堂.天安门观礼台等选用或收藏。

易炳宣，1939年生，系湖南省陶瓷艺术大师，湖南省人大代表、中国美术家协会湖南省分会会员。
于1956年考入省陶瓷研究所，跟随釉下彩创史人吴寿祺老先生学艺。五八年底调到醴陵群力瓷厂担任釉下彩培训工作。供职于群力瓷厂设计室，创作了大量的精品问世，并获得各级奖项。他是毛主席用瓷的主要设计者，是国家用瓷的主要设计者。其作品被中南海紫光阁、北京人民大会堂、天安门观礼台等处选用和收藏。他创作的《月下鹭鸶》挂盘被选为国礼瓷馈赠英国首相撒切尔夫人，《六鹤同春》花瓶被选用邓小平出访日本时赠送日本天皇之礼品。他在国画方面也有所造诣，其传略曾于1979年被载入《中国近代画家》一书。

Yi Bingxuan, born in 1939, was the procelain arts master of Hu Nan province and the previous deputy to the people's congress of Hu Nan province as well as a member of the branch of China Arts Association in Hu Nan province.
In 1956 he was matriculated by the Hu Nan province Procelain Research Institut and learned from Wu Shouqi who was the creator of Liling Under-glaze Colors Porcelain. And in the end of 1958, he was selected to work in the Liling Qunli Procelain Company and was in charge of the training of Liling Under-glaze Colors Porcelain.
During his work in the design institute of the Liling Qunli Procelain Company, Yi Bingxuan created a large amount of excellent works and was awarded different levels of prizes. He is the main designer of the procelains on which Chairman Mao's picture was portraited as well as the state-used procelains. And his works are chosen and placed in the Zhongnanhai Purple Light Pavilion, Great Hall of the People as well as the Watching Tower of Tian An Men. And his work Bitterns under Moonlights was given to English primary minister Mrs. Thatchers as a national gift and the vase with the inscripted picture Six Cranes in the Spring was chosen as a gift given to Japan when Deng Xiaoping visited Japan. Besides, he also has achieved some accomplishments in the field of traditional Chinese painting and his biography was once written into the book Chinese Modern Artists in 1997.
